This course is for 1-2-1 tuition in Adobe Photoshop CS5 and 6.
There are going to be times when Lightroom can’t quite do what you need, so it’s over to Photoshop for those edits. Lightroom and Photoshop work well together though, especially if you set up Photoshop CS as your external editor.
Photoshop is a very complicated programme and it’s often said that most people will only ever use a small percentage of it’s capabilities. I can help you with most photographic aspects of it but it’s always good to have a chat first about your specific needs so I can be ready to teach you.
Some of the things this course could cover:
Layers & Masks – Using layers and masks is a great way to edit or enhance your photos.
ACR – Adobe Camera Raw is a powerful too to getting your Raw files corrected.
Cloning & Healing – Whether you want to remove dust spots from the sky or blemishes from skin, cloning and healing is great.
Export – Outputting for your images for appropriate use, be that for web or printing.

Where is the course run?
Training is run at my studio in Crowborough. You can find directions under ‘Studio’ in the menu.
Although if it is more convenient for you I can travel to your home to give the tuition although some travel charges will apply.
Who is this course for?
For all levels of photography who need to learn or improve.
How long do I need?
Of course it depends on the individual, it’s probably best to have a chat first to establish your level.
Mac v PC
I use Apple Mac computers to deliver software training, but it doesn’t matter if you use a PC, the software is virtually identical.
