On Saturday 14th April 2012 I ran another of my River & Ocean Landscape Photography courses at the wonderful Cuckmere in East Sussex. Situated in between Eastbourne and Seaford on the beautiful south coast. The 5.30am start was cold, dark and it was quite misty, but the quality of light was really nice. I find that even if you don’t get that bright orange and pink sunrise that you had hoped for, the light is still better in almost any weather conditions.

The idea of this course is to learn the basics of landscape photography, from achieving the correct exposure and depth of field to creative framing of your landscape and being confident to control your camera.

There will be a new landscape courses coming up in June, please see the Special Events section under Photography Courses.
